What is the status of my preorder?
If you placed a preorder at adaptliving.com and received a confirmation email, your preorder is confirmed. More information about individual preorders will be available as we get closer to production. If you need a copy of your preorder confirmation email, please email info@adaptliving.com
Note: There is no guarantee as to the delivery date based on the date you place your preorder or priority access to the A1 unit. However, by placing a preorder, we recognize your early interest in Adapt Living’s products and will endeavor to produce your A1(s) in the future and hope to provide you with approximate priority for ordering your A1(s) once they are available. The actual date of availability or delivery for any A1(s) will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation our development and manufacturing schedule, the delivery jurisdiction, and the date you place a Final Order. Certain parties may be given priority over other preorder program participants.
Can I preorder outside of the USA?
At this time preorders are restricted to United States customers only.
How can I cancel my preorder and request a refund?
You may cancel your preorder and receive a full refund of your preorder payment at any time by sending an email to info@adaptliving.com from the address you used to place the Preorder or an updated address you have provided to Adapt Living. To prevent fraud, Adapt Living may, at its discretion, also ask you to supply additional information or complete additional steps to verify your identity.
